Enquiry information
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, project brief and enquiry type. It also offers optional company, phone, location and date fields. Your equipment shortlist and quantities are included when you request hire. The information is used to respond to your request, discuss requirements and prepare a quote.
Form submissions
Forms are sent over HTTPS to Splitforms, which processes submissions for the configured form account. Read the Splitforms privacy policy for information about its service. Contact ECHO if you prefer to send your brief directly by email.
Browser storage and cookies
This website saves your equipment list in your browser’s local storage so it can remain available between pages and visits. Use “Clear list” in the quote panel to remove it. The site does not include advertising, analytics or tracking-cookie scripts. The hosting provider may keep technical request logs.
Your choices
You can contact us to ask about information associated with your enquiry, request a correction or ask for deletion. We may need to confirm your identity and consider any information that must be retained. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your project brief.
